I was tossing up whether to move you to Logo Review or Graphic Design. What are you particularly after? In Logo Review they often discuss print quality of designs. In Graphic Design they discuss various issues in regards to all kinds of graphic problems & applications.

So for the moment I have put you here in Suggestions & Comments rather than Insider Marketing. It seemed the most appropriate at the moment. Anyone have any suggestions as to where print media would be best discussed?

I'm not sure myself, this forum IS about websites, but some people here do offer other services as letterhead design, branding, business cards. Graphic design?

It also occurs to me that he may mean an alternative to WPW itself.
Hope this helps, sometimes one and a half heads are better than one lol.
Paulhiles?(as another who does this on top of website design) :o)

Yeah, I actually consulted with Paul but had already moved his post here. Paul suggested Graphics also.

Interesting tho, because inevitably print has to become web, and vice versa at times. Functionality between both is surely comparative.

So maybe that would be the logical place to post for print media. :-)

well, if you guys want to start a board for print media which will, as you correctly state, become web media...I will be happy to help. There is not a very good board out there, and believe me...I have searched.

The category could include...graphic design, logo, ad design for print and web, pre press, brochurs and direct mail etc. ( iknow some ofthese are covered, but it could be better. Further more we could get great SEO for said boards with so many SEO gurus! While the web is great...print media also has a huge place in advertsing...and marying the two on this great BB system is a awsome idea....IMHO

Cheers,
