I just realized that two of my questions are on the front page of WPW.

And while I want my questions answered (and I appreciate the thought in that regard), it might be a little unfair to the other users who have questions, too.

Maybe a policy that no one should get a question posted to the front page more than once per day/week/whatever?

It makes more sense to look at the question asked rather than the author Adam. Imagine what would happen if everyone had a turn at the front page with a question.

What if my turn arrived during the same week as ctabuk ?

The front page material (usually compiled by Chris Richardson or Rafael) is simply a collection of what they consider to be the most interesting posts/questions/issues of the day. The author is seldom a criteria for selection to be honest.

So, if you get a couple posts on there it isn't seen (over here anyway) as any kind of nod your way or slight towards anyone else, just that that post seemed compelling enough to add to the front.

That just aint gonna happen. I want the front page to have the most compelling content. If 1 person makes a post we think is page one-worthy every day, they'll be on page one every day. If they make 3 such posts every day, they're apt to be on page one 3 times etc...

Fair enough. I just wanted to make sure everyone else didn't feel slighted. But if everyone else is okay with it, who am I to bitch? :)
