Default NO MAIL

What is going on with the mail? For the last week I have not been getting any mail from here. I have notify me when a reply is posted. I used to get all those replies, now I have been getting nothing. I have had to log on here and look for any mail. You guys fix something and forget to turn something back on?

Your hotmail is the most likely culprit here.

Notifications are being mailed. I have a box full of em.

They are not filling out some variables properly, namely the topic title appears as just "" and I am working on that, but the mails are being sent.

Man this stinks. I don't know how many messages I have missed when they were posted. I have had to go back and read the messages when they are a few weeks old.

Thanks for checking.

I only started to receive the notifications about a month ago. Strange that yours have now stopped working!

I have been getting mail on a regular bases for some time. It has only been about a month now that they have stopped. I don't have a clue as to the reason why. I get occassily that I have mail now, not like I used to. Every day. I guess only time will tell if this keeps up or if it works itself out. I hate to change email accounts. Well for now I will have to manually check on any messages I might have. Still stinks.

Mike if it was my host why would they "block" subscription emails when I have the box check "Notify me when a reply is posted", but not when I click "Watch this topic for replies"? I have to click that link every time to get subscription emails.

Currently, once you reply to a topic the watch status resets. It errs on the side of caution.

Webhost1, if you receive any email from the forum you should receive it all. My test hotmail accounts do not receive any at all. As such, that is quite confusing to me. I have asked Jay to have a look at this also, perhaps he will see something I'm missing.

And when you reply to that topic you have to re-watch it...
