I was just wondering if it's okay to have a Geocities site reviewed in the Site Review forum or is the Site Review forum only for people who have their own registered domain name?

And unless I missed it, I humbly submit that you have some kind of 'Questions' forum where newbies can post questions like this.

No unfortunately we don't have a specific forum for newbies, however, a good number of our members are beginners, so don't worry about asking the most basic questions.
There's lots of knowledgable people here that can help,

For your signature, may I suggest you click the link 'edit profile' at the top. Then your signature will appear in all your posts.
