Default E-Mail Newsletter Background Color

WebProWorld's e-mail newsletter I'm receiving has suddenly begun displaying with a dark green background causing it to be very difficult to read. Is there a missing graphic or background color perhaps that isn't loading? The text is black on dark green with the links in blue, so they are virtually unviewable.

Perhaps in your style sheet, because I don't think the class="white" is coming through?

Thanks if you can solve the puzzle.

Kathryn

Hi, Kathryn:

I haven't seen any difference in the newsletters I've been receiving.

What software are you using to view them?

My e-mail software is Poco from http://www.pocomail.com I've used it for several years. It's just been the last few days where the color is wrong in the e-mail, and it's not all e-mail newsletters, just WebProWorld's, and not all of them, only the last couple of days. In fact I have older issues still and they display correctly.

I can't see anything obvious in the code itself. I Know how much I appreciate it when someone lets me know if they are having a problem, so I can discover issues and solve them. I thought since it was a couple of days in a row, I'd pipe up. Maybe it's only me?

Hmmm... odd... I've never used PocoMail but if it was working until a couple of days ago, I don't know. I just looked quickly at the source code for Friday's newsletter versus one from about a week ago and didn't see anything obviously different. The background color is the same and the class=3d"white" is also the same...

Try sending a private message to Brittany and ask her to get the tech guys to look at it.
