I wanna WPW "Break Room" T-Shirt!!!
I'll be willing to wager there's a few folks that could come up with some sort of design incorporating the WPW logo.

If we could get Tom Hanks to remake Forrest Gump and dress him up in a 'Break Room' tee shirt we could all sign it as he runs from town to town and continent to continent

BTW, you could test market with zazzle.com, and have no overhead. It's like a cafepress type business.

It take it that would be a "no" for a donation to the "Save the Lime Jello Jiggly Fish Fund"?
(pout)
Does this also mean (sigh) you're not going to sign my (sniff) official WPW "Break Room" T-shirt?

Simply Brilliant! Great idea! Why didn't you just come out and say it?
Official WPW "Save the Lime Jell-o Jiggly Fish" T-Shirts! With the proceeds going to me...errrr, I mean the "Save the Lime Jell-o Jiggly Fish Fund"!
And to think you nearly had me fooled. "I hate Jello" (snicker).

There is such a thing as a WPW T-shirt. I know I have one. Back in the summer of '04 ientry kindly sent out T-shirts to the mods as a thank you for 12 months of WPW. I think the idea was partially as a test for the design/material/quality etc. (mines washed up fine btw).
So somewhere out there in some folder ientry have WPW T-shirt designs which they could have made up and sell (even at a profit) via the forum. Even if the quantity is small it's still an untapped market just a question of do WPW want to get into retail as its not their core market.

That's cool Julian. When my first 12 months are completed I'll be tapping Mike on the shoulder because I want my t-shirt. :)
I'll even pay for it.
Even if not for the profit/market, it does make for good exposure having a bunch of nerds like me as walking billboards for iEntry/WPW.
And crankydave, there is no jello, only chocolate pudding. (oh no, I've encouraged him.)

WPW could open a CafePress store and sell WPW shirts and mugs...they might be surprised at the amount of sales (and profits?) they could make.
I'd buy something, I love WPW!

Are cafepress products good? I've read reviews that say yes and no.
But they have lunchboxes. Zazzle doesn't have lunchboxes. What computer nerd wouldn't trade in his pocket protector for a shiny new WPW lunchbox.
The idea about printed logo memory sticks -- I don't even know if they exist. But you have to admit, if it could be done, it would be one heck of a promo gimmick. Memory sticks get passed around among techies all the time.

Agreed, their "stuff" scares the Lime Jello Jiggly Fish. Jawn might like it though.

Seeing how we are in a franchise frame of mind, what would the rules be on backlinking sites from WPW Members that would be of interest to our clients - I'll explain, I fool about here in the Breakroom, I admit it, but I'm also a business man - if I look at someones site here at WPW that I think may interest my clients, like Skype for example - I'm definetly doing that on our pages, what would the rules be on promoting loads of sites from forum members. Example: Holidays, Marcie lives in a beautiful part of the World -we've all seen the sunsets. She will have local Hotels with sites, someone else might have access to cheap flights, if we in the UK could point people in the direction of package holidays or whatever, you get the idea, you create a whole new page on your site that all stem from backlinks.
