Default can't unsunscribe!

I accidentally subscribed two of my e-mails to forum's newsletter. When I realized my mistake I tried to unsubscribe one of them following the instructions at the bottom of every newsletter: 'reply to this message with "unsubscribe 299" in the subject or click here.' I tried it almost everyday and it didn't work - I'm still getting two newsletters day after day! That's very annoying and smells like spam!

Is there a way to unsubscribe from this newsletter or I just have to live with it for the rest of my life?!

The first obvious ways of approaching this are:
1. contact the webmaster (try 'Feedback' at the bottom of the page)
2. check & clear out your cookies.
Good Luck!

In case anyone else is having this problem, be assured that Brittany has the appropriate tech people looking into it.

Glad to hear it, rainy.

If you should have problems of this sort in the future, please do post them, because it does help other people who may be experiencing the same problem and wondering, "is it me or is it the website?". However, if after a day or two, you haven't received a reply in the forum, I'd suggest you send a private message to one of moderators or to Brittany. There are a lot of messages posted in these forums every day and all of us have day jobs and other responsibilities as well, so sometimes it's hard to keep up with new posts and yours may have been missed.
