I would like to see a "Managers" thread. It would be great to have a place to discuss personell, scheduling, project management issues, as well as a host of other topics for those of us that manage web development departments.

Some of us out here have more than ourselves as employees.

Also... Being able to search the message boards would be useful for about a hundred reasons... Is that a possibility?

Managers Forum - there's an interesting idea! If we see a strong enough demand for this kind of a forum, we'll definitely take it into consideration ;) Who else would be interested?

As far as search goes, we already have an option allowing you to search the WebProWorld forums. Scroll up to the very top of the page.

Ok, now that you've done that: See the green bar at the top? In the upper right corner, there's a search feature.
