I so much wanted to upload an avatar. hehe :)

Do I need to reach a minimum post to get this function?

Hi Ian,

We don't actually allow avatars at WebProWorld, but we do encourage members to post a photo of themselves... and some members have been rather creative with them too, at least I think that's the word! ;o)

Have a look here for instructions on adding your picture.

Looking forward to seeing you and your picture around the forums! :o)

Aww, c'mon, Ian, don't be so shy!

Like Paul said, you can be creative with your photo.. edit it in Photoshop... do something silly or fun..

If you ever change your mind, this is the place to go :)

Take this belated reply plz. As this one is just what the host n Mod forgot to put; Anyone can submit a photo along with first post itself and there is no minimum post fixed for this function.

Trs "I young are" - it looks like Ian L. had his heart set on uploading an avatar rather than his real photo... we did suggest that he could be creative with it... I mean, come on.. how much encouragement does one member need?? ;o)

No doubt the WPW team gives a lot of support that is highest in any forum standards.

ere...I just was replying only to the second line of Ian L when the Bright star and yourself already replied to the first part! No avatar. agreed.

Avatars are fun because then I can post images according to how I feel today, maybe another one tomorrow. Avatars show the inner me of the moment - sometimes a rose, sometimes a tiger, sometimes a sunset.

I am a marketing person and not technologically inclined so I could not 'create' an actual photo to my liking. Not shy, just changeable.

The lack of avatars is my one (and only) gripe about this forum :-) Other than that, this is the best forum on the Internet!
