Default web development, fees

Hi, I have a question that I hope you can give me some advise. I have developed a couple web sites and I am doing pretty good optimising them, however I still have plenty to learn.

Anyhow, I developed a web site, Compression Stockings Varicose Veins Treatment Center for a surgeon I used to work for. I also sell stockings on this site. I can't sustain this site anymore financially and need to get this sugeon to start paying me to keep this site up. I have no idea how much to charge him for this. Is there any sort of standard out there? and advise? please help.

What do you actually need to do in terms of maintaining it?

It's a storesonline site. I will have to ask the same question as to what you are maintaining.
Isn't it mostly just point and click with Stores Online?

There are many ways to do this. One that comes to my mind is to charge a certain percentage on the volume of business you are sending the surgeon through this site. Let us assume that you are sending about 10 referrals to him this month and that it resulted in about $ 5000 of revenue. You can realistically expect 10 % of this.

I see that you have over 400 pages from this site indexed in Google. Considerable amount of time and effort must have gone into this site. Of course - I have simplified many other factors here.
