Really Good Classified Ads

We want to add a health products showcase to our consumer website. I wanted to drive this with a really robust classified ads program, one which would allow videos, slide shows, different size and classification of ads. Must run on a *nix box with mySQL or PostGres, php or perl works equally well and must be very brandable. Any one have a suggestion or just as good, something to stay away from? Thanks.

As a follow-up, we ended up selecting MojoClassifieds from mojoscripts.com, we are currently in the branding process.
