phpadsnew tracking problem

Hello,
We're having problems with a few of the ads showing inflated click-through numbers--often over 100%! It doesn't affect all of the ads. Our online department can't figure it out. Has anyone run into this before?

Basic answer - probably the same person clicking the same ad more than once. There are pains like that on every site it seems.

That doesn't seem to be it. Usually our tracking percentages are around .3%, every day for the certain ads they're ranging from 40-above 100%, which is just not possible.
