Problems with Indexa and Java

Dont know if this is the right forum, please redirect if not

Indexa stopped starting up some time ago. Task manager shows the Java .exe file taking up 100% CPU but it never executes.

Have deleted both Indexa and Java. Downloaded again but the result is the same.

Any Ideas
