Looking for Help to Setup an Website for Downloading Music

Hi,

We are trying to build a website, which will offer our users the oppurtunity to download Licensed content from the Internet.

The content will be in the form of Music and In some cases even Video Files.

For this we need to have Streaming & Content Servers in addtion, we are looking for tools for Digital Asset Management and Digital Rights Management, and Royalty reporting tools.

If any of you have any inputs on these it would help.
