Looking for SEO services

We are working with a company that is pleased with their website but would like to have it be higher ranked for their search terms on Google. Their primary search term is "windshield repair cityname mi" and several variants.

For nearly all cities they are on the first or second page of google. They want to be in the top three listings for all cities for their search terms. They like the graphic nature of their site and do not want to add more text.

So far in this thread, I see replies from (2) 1-2 post clowns that only registered and posted to try to take money from someone. I checked for the heck of it and have gotten spam emails from both of them. I suppose I should be surprised, but I am not.

The client will need to add text to the web site. If they don't want to change the web site text, then significant link building will be necessary.

Effective and long-lasting link building does not come cheap.

You may want to level-set the client's expectations before you commit to obtaining the goal of
Top 3 positions without adding/changing text.

Content is necessary and link building is necessary for such a lofty goal, even if the terms are obscure.
