First of all, want to say that I am really one health conscious especially to control stress due to Anger.

Always try to avoid Anger with suitable solution for Problems in mine Life.

But here, want to know about you and yours Angry Incident in life, if occurred.

I'm hardly ever become angry, as I'm rather a positive person, so no incidents for me, and I hate it when I see some angry people arguing or fighting

I get angry some times.. yeste I had shout at one fellow for not doing work for past 10 days.. after my shout he did in a 2 days. its necessary to get anger some times

When G deletes my websites from their index. That invokes some intense anger.

But more so than that, is when I hear about animal abuse and torture. That tops the list for me.

I seldom get angry, if ever there's problem or trouble, I try to settle it in a low, cool mood. When the going gets rough, I call authorities. Just try to be calm and cool as much as possible

I like the answer football. I like the thought of giving yourself permission to unleash anger, you can unleash anger in football . . . Over the years I have had many angry moments, but every time I had given myself permission.

I think if a catastrophic event makes you so angry you are about to blow up. Give yourself permission to express it - Climb a tree and rip every branch off until your hands bleed and you reach total exhaustion.

Anger is an emotion that needs to be expressed for the sake of your good mental health. for example it would be Better to appear in court for destroying a tree than placing a knife between the ribs of the fellow screwing your wife.

Anger and hate simmer inside. many think they can intellectualise it away - I do not agree with this.
