Software for determining traffic

Hi all,

I just purchased a domain & need to figure out how much unique traffic the domain is getting.

Is there anything free out there or very reasonably priced that is of good quality & maybe tells me more than just traffic?

What do you mean by more than traffic? Do you mean more than number of visitors?

Most hosts provide some sort of traffic program, but Google Analytics is free and very robust.

No it's a parked domain & I'm not prepared to hookup Analytics for parked domains.

For a parked domain, your only option would be to use whatever tracking tools are provided by the company with which the domain is parked, since the collection of these statistics requires access to the server's logs.
