Better optimization choice?

Which is better from an optimization perspective in the major engines.
Option A : Web page with 10,000 words of content of which 2% are keywords (200 total)

Option B: Web page with 500 words of content of which 10% are keywords (50 total).

In My opinion 10,000 Words will be too much for a single web page, and 10 % keywords on 500 words page will also not going to help you out. So keep a page with 500 words content and target that page to rank with 2 - 3 keywords. And make sure that you have excellent content which is really useful to Users.

Options B is better and also make sure your content doesn't lost it's value just because you're using lots of keywords in your content.
