    There seems to be a constant flow of new laws designed to protect us. Someone decides that we are all basically children and fixes the right price for the fine. . next thing - ''it's the law".

    It seems you guys are in a rough place. Really conservative policies that the people overwhelmingly DO NOT WANT. I really don't need the government to look after me. I am a capable adult.
