There is a new website called footprintlive who have released a free real-time visitor monitor. it was built to show the visitor details that you cannot see in google analytics.

You can see all visitors live and look at their click-paths and IP addresses.
You can also see individual visitor profiles, which show you how the person got into your site.

So far it's working great, but it's only been online for a few weeks.
