I really want to know this as well, from what i see it just looks like it can only benefit the site by giving links and directing to the company?
Obviously you dont want people copying yor content and site etc, but why would they waste the resources in doing so if it doesnt benefit them???

Hey, how do you do that? Is there a site that shows you how to do this?
    Code:
     RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} (HTTrack|^$) [NC]
     RewriteRule !error - [L,F]
You can extend the list separated with "|".

    Re: Someone copied my site...

We've just found a new site ranking for a term that we rank number 1 for in Google. When I looked at the competitor's page they had copied all our page content, (apart from changing the business name to theirs, and another minor change). We have contacted their webmaster asking them to take it down (so far they haven't), and have reported them to Google for breach of copyright. Is there anything else we can do?

You might also contact the host of the offending site.

Should none of the above yield satisfactory results, you'll need to at least consider taking legal action against the site's owner.

He is a lying thief, with no ethics, no morals and yet gets senior member status. WTF? His other site is topseo. Should be topseothief
    Couple things...

#1. Nikki is correct. I checked over timmatthews.com and pretty much everything there is plagiarized with no attribution and bearing Tim's name as author.

#2. Nikki: senior status just means he has been here a long time and made enough posts to qualify. It is not really 'awarded' to anyone manually.

#3. Can someone reverse the red rep I accidentally gave to nikki, it should have been green upon reflection.

#4. Nikki, please delete the 8 posts that are in threads that are not even close to related to this problem, it just adds unrelated crap in them and brings old threads to the top, which is annoying as heck.
