    Just resubmit your site map and wait for google to re-index the correct page, this is the only solution i can provide as you have not provided the details like whether are you using any redirection or not ? are you using some CMS or Not ? and what is your website which has this problem along with exact problem page.

    Can you provide a link to Google Search Page where this is evidenced?

    I expected the 2 example links to take me to the same page, but they are different pages, so I have no idea of what is being asked. When I first started reading the question, it seemed like there was a problem with Google caching pages it shouln't; then I got the impression it was a case of Google caching pages with different names for identical pages. Now I'm just confused. Would the original poster care to elaborate?

    Here are three things to do:
    1. Visit Matt Cutt's Blog and read about the canonical link tag- which allows you to define in the html of each page exactly what you want google to index it as. Here is the reference:

    Learn about the Canonical Link Element in 5 minutes

    Basically, you'll insert this code into the head of each page - replace example.com with your preferred URL

    <link rel="canonical" href="http://example.com/page.html"/>

    2. To speed up the process- go into your Google Webmaster account and on the left hand side:
    Dashboard> SITE Configuration > CRAWLER Access > then click the Remove URL Tab. Enter each URL you want Google to remove from its index. It typically takes 24 hours once you have made the request.

    3. Resubmit your XML site map in Google Web Master Tools

    4. Wait........

    Good Luck!

    Precisely what has this to do with the cache seemingly being for a resource other that the indexed URL?

    Permanently redirect the http://www.jobjobhealth.com/Portal2-26.aspx to http://www.jobjobhealth.com/portal/memohealth, This will solve your problem.

    You initially referred to http://www.jobjobhealth.com/Portal2-41.aspx ; now, to http://www.jobjobhealth.com/Portal2-26.aspx . Was the 1st simply given in error?

    In either case, why do you say that you haven't used the URL(s) ending in /Portal, when each clearly exists in its own right?

    Implement 301 permanent redirection for individual pages to their corresponding pages in your site.

    If the redirection isn't implemented the effect of the link building will be equally split within the two web pages resulting in duplicate issue and no improvement in the keyword rankings.
