I have heard so much about Google caffeine. But everything is confusing. In a quality blog or site with original content plus frequently updated as what Google wanted, will it create more traffic or become more difficult to get traffics?
Caffeine is simply Google's newest algo tweak. It is only live in one datacenter and results appear to still be shifting around.
The new algo tweaks will make things harder than ever before. Stay tuned.

I am adopting a wait and see attitude. by the time it is all finally tweaked and passing out results to the consumer, it will not only be the google update to consider. webmasters around the globe have made minor ' twiddles' to their web pages in anticipation.
I do not recall reading any guarantee from google that what we webmasters presume will happen. . Will happen.

We have notice Google caffeine in our site. We have some keywords that rank 20th then the next day rank 84. Another day pass and it is no where to find in 200th but one day of the week it proceed to page 1 of the SERP. These keyword are normally new and in the beginning of the optimization. Other keywords was stable.

In fact many things have stayed the same.
1. Link power will go on being the major factor, but still looks like the major target is to get rid of the garbage, due tweaking the relevancy algo (hitting spam, etc).
2. Personalized Search will require closer monitoring and analysis of your server log files, bounce rate, etc.
3. Real-Time will require frequent and quality activity in real time media platforms like social media, news, etc.
4. There are rumors that "Content Readability" will become a factor, if it is not already.
5. Loading time? No comments. I hope you understand.
There are sure more stuff coming, but I do not believe that a professional SEO needs to worry.
