Please review IWMC - International Debt Collection Agency, Europe - an international debt collection agency operating in over 200 countries.

Call me old-fashioned but I expect to find page navigation across the top or down the side of a website and generic stuff like "Contact" or "Terms and conditions" across the bottom. I got fed up remembering to scroll to the bottom to find the navigation if the page I was on did not interest me.

The flash panel moves about too much, is too fast and thus is distracting (how many times has this sentiment been expressed in this forum....). And when I clicked "Launch Project" it just scrolls some more - I expected something to happen.

Submit a Ticket is a feature of help desks especially IT help desks used by professionals. I am not sure that your customers will know what to expect of this feature. Furthermore, when I tried to navigate out of this feature the "home" link on horizontal navigation panel (this time on the middle of the page) did not return me to the home page but seemed to be a link to the Sumit a ticket home page. When I finally found navigation that would take me back to my starting point it was just that - I had to re-enter the site and choose my language again. Same happens if you navigate to FAQ.

The site developers seem to have been given charte blanche to do what they like and nobody has considered the user experience.

On a positive note the site contains some useful information and background information but you have to persevere to find it.

As a potential customer looking to find a finance factoring agency I can find nothing on the site about your company and this would be a real turn off. I have no idea about where the company sits regarding:

• the size - turnover, no. of employees
• corprate governance, directors
• how long it has existed
• is it on Swiss stock exchange

I must agree with webmerlin about the company I suppose to trust my financial affairs. In factoring I would give authority of all my money coming to someone I don't have any information about, who is in foreign country. In financial affairs of my company, I would want to deal with some physical person, make thorough investigation on the organization. Only fool would give the rights to collect to somebody over the moon. On your first page where you choose languages, too many are in English instead of the appropriate language. If you have not translated yet, remove those links. I also had difficulties coming back to home page after following few links.
