backup local server to web server - recommend service or software?

I want to do automatic backups from my LAN server to a web server - either to my dedicated Windows 2003 server or a reliable company that offers this service. This needs to be a secure file transfer - some of what I am backing up is financial and customer data. I'd prefer software to install on my LAN server that will upload to my Windows 2k3 server but I'm willing to pay for a service if it offers much greater security or doesn't cost a lot more. Any suggestions or ideas?

Have you consider considered using Windows Scheduler to automatically run a secure FTP task?

Try Carbonite. They are very secure and is pretty much set & done operation.

DeltaCopy - Rsync for Windows is based on rsync so should only be sending the changes in files after the initial copy which will save you both bandwidth and time. May or may not fit your requirements but it's free as you already have everything.
