7 Reasons to Stick with Windows XP

Win XP is really a good Operating system for me. Unlike Vista that eats a lot of resource for its graphics. I also think Win 7 would be good also, not sure haven't tried it yet. LOL I'm still using XP

I used to feel that Windows XP was the best. I tried Vista and hated it!! No, I really HATED VISTA....

But recently I had to purchase a new desktop and it came pre-installed with Windows 7. At first site I didnt want to give it a fair chance since VISTA ruined me.. But as I used Windows 7 I quickly have fell in love with Windows 7..

Thanks Microsoft for finally dev'ing a decent OS since XP

awesome... this is the thing I like to hear.... many people don't want to like windows os, they don't use it and hurl abuse at it.

Tons of people still use XP, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Because of that, Microsoft has no choice but to continue supporting it, releasing security patches and the like. You don't need to upgrade in order to get such benefits.

the support is already over, you are missing a lot of things if you are still using a operating system that was launched in 2001.

use windows 7 it is better, faster, easier and safer than xp.

I think Windows XP is the most reliable OS. If one is familiar with XP, it will be easier to use other OS like Vista and Windows 7. It's like as if the technology used in Windows XP is the foundation of newer operating systems. We still keep our Windows XP OS on our desktop at home. But I had to use Vista since it came preloaded in my laptop. Though I've been using Vista more, I still think that XP is more reliable than Vista.

I`ve been using my Windows XP for two years without any problems. May be NOD 32 antivirus helped me in that.

XP is GREAT.
But.... Win 7 is better, my hardware is running perfectly without any issues.
I would give
Win XP SP3 : 9/10
Win 7 : 9.5/10

Both are good, even for gaming purposes.
