I've been reading into the whole optimization concept lately and was wondering if I could get a few opinions on whether or not my site was optimized or not. Have look and tell me what you think. Thanks!!

If you want to be found for your URL then I suppose it is optimized, but then again why would anyone be searching for your URL if they already knew it??

If you want to be found for keywords appropriate to your site then first of all you need to do keyword research and determine what words you need to be found for and then start to use them on the page and in the headers.

You badely need some content on your home page.

I fully agree with Mel Nelson's advice. If you want to be found on search engines, then you should do some research on the keywords those are relevent to your website content.

There are several good tools online as well as some working softwares those can help you find the most relevent keywords for your website. I'd personally prefer to use the one below

Just type your most appropriate guess for the keyword and it'll give you the list of search keywords most used by users in the last month.
