The more you know about your marketing strategy the better results it will bring to you, don't leave any field without research while you define information about your possible clients such as: Age, income, education, civil status, religion, technology level, workplace, car brand, etc. Well.. you know never know enough about your clients, same thing happens with competition: who are they? are they in different industries? why are they being chose by their clients? the last one is a very good question, it will help you notice how easy is to move in front of your competition.
