No. If Ezine Articles and Go Articles are not there yet, chances are that no one else is there either.

Besides, whatever the front page has for PageRank does not apply to the page where your article will be posted in that directory. All new pages on the Internet carry a PageRank of Zero, until which time that page earns its own PageRank.

If you think about it, PageRank only applies to a Page, not a website in total.
