How can my keyword ranking get better. If keyword + x = high

For 'Animal Rights Community' 4th.
For 'Animal Rights board' 1th.
For 'Animal Rights voice' 3th.

Why don't i get listed for 'Animal Rights' ?
What should i change to get higher ?

Can i see them as 1 an the same site our should i see them seperate in trying to get a higher ranking ?

Try to use only one url in each link - the best one with the highest PR at present.
Which one of these? I think it doesn't matter - they are all the same for spiders
