flash where do i start?

I watch tutorials on YouTube especially those from YouTube partners who are allows to upload videos with the length of more then 10 minutes. These guys have absolutely amazing and comprehensible Flash tutorials. I'm also subscribed to their channels to follow their updates.

Flash is quite difficult when you are first starting out. I suggest you take one on one lessons (at least the basic stuff) when starting out. There are plenty of interface and design based actions that you must do which a personal instructor will be able to easily show you.

You can proceed to studying it by yourself after then.
