Normally from the main page distributing the PR to internal pages. But will not be same at the beginning. After few months saw more than 3 PR updation will get same rank to the internel pages near to the home page. For quick ranking has to do promotion for internal pages too

Make sure your internal pages are of high enough quality that other sites will want to link directly to your internal page. Personally I do not mind at all if another site decided to one way link to a page in my site that is one or two clicks away from the home page. In the end that will only strengthen your websites overall presence on the web.

Promote your internal page as you do with home page.Social bookmarking is an effective way to promote your internal pages.Have some links from your home page to your internal pages.
