They offer offshore merchant accounts for high risk merchants, multi-currency merchant account, easy-to-install software, weekly transfers, high acceptance rate, international merchants accepted.

Never heard of them plus they do not have their fees listed. With them also stating high risk, your discount rate is probably going to be at least 10%, if not more.

Ukraine should be no problem. The rate is depending on what kind of set up fee you wish to pay and what kind of sales volume you'd expect. Take a look at MultiCards. I'm sure they can help you out. They can accept almost any business (However, no adult image web sites) and I know that they are dealing with some companies that come from Ukraine as well.
