It depends on whether it's for an online pharmacy, or a pharmacy business that wants to brand their brick & mortar store(s) with a website.

If I were to compare 3 pharmacy websites -- Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid, I'd say the CVS website has the most visual appeal. Walgreens's strength is in its navigation. I'm just more fond of CVS's fluid layout.

Logo would be at the top of things to be mindful of.

    Thanks

I went through the site you suggested. I agree with you that CVS has more visual appeal. But as you said that Walgreens is easy to navigate, but I think it navigation part is too clumsy, it does not have the breathing space. In my experience my clients have always wanted the clean navigation.

Can you please give me some suggestion if I have to design a simple website (not having too much content)?

Just make sure that the site easy to navigate specially for old people make sure that the product can be searched easily and it would be great if people can purchase online.
