Hi , I am trying to put a scripted flash video overlay in to a web site, similar to this (copy and paste to IE)



I have got my head around the chrome-key part but I am stuck at how to overlay the video with a clear background and onto the website as shown in the above demo.
Any tips or tricks would be most welcome.
