Actually people need to move past the 5 year old mentality that it's not SEO possible in flash... I think the ability to SEO just depends on who is doing the website and just how motivated a person is to create it.
We have successfully integrated many strategies that make titles, keywords, descriptions, content, etc. all pulled for search engines, yet leaving a front flash system for users... I think it's perfectly acceptable and a great technique to use.
All the tools our out there on this topic, you just have to research and make it happen.
I have a short 6 minute video that shows how SEO in flash looks on the front end, and how it looks on the backend with our store... but I think it really shows what is possible, and this is just the start, obviously others could be more precise, but it's doing everything and more that html sites can do...
