AdSense Account Disabled, Please advice me

I’m Ashim Halder serving in a group of companyin Bangladesh. Our IT department rented a Real IP (202.126.122.1 from an ISP Company.
We have a proxy server through which we are using internet and we are having about 200+ computer over here which are using internet through that proxy.
If anyone from these 200+ PC users click on my AdSense by mistake then it will definitely go to my account, though I keep myself completely aside from doing this illegal click. So it is of course a regretful for all AdSense account holder if their AdSense account disabled for this outside click from the same IP.
I request the authority to consider the matter stated above and to activate my AdSense Account as well.

I received an email from them on the Oct 13rd telling me;

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.



What can I do? Please advice.

It really is very difficult to get your adsense account back once you have been banned
The best way forward is to find other ways to monetize your site like adbrite

Once adsense disable your account,they don't give you back and you can't even use it having another account so its better to forget about it and try using different alternatives for adsense
