Is it a good stratego to promote Youre service on digg like pages? I've tested and on pages like Nowe projekty webowe - upcoming.pl / Opublikowane strony or http://folkd.com You need only 3-5 custom accounts to get votes on first page that normally have some PR. Is the job worth it?

Yeh many SEO have Custome account and it is a key if you have strength to save it to become spam
