Ugh.
You've made it worse with the zoom header. What does the zoom add to the value of your website?
Plus, you can see the content just underneath it if you scroll down a bit and then 'zoom' over the header image.

There's "wow" and there's just plain annoying.
Presently, you've crossed well beyond the borders of good taste and you're turning off the vast majority of your visitors with that obnoxious zooming animation.
If you want to "Wow" people, do it with usability, functionality and informative content. You really need to make the header graphic a static image.

the only 'wow' it gets is 'wow, that's annoying'.the zoom header hopefully gives a wow factor
Think 'function' if you need to have movement/animation. Funky rollovers in the menu, things like that.
Added AJAX functionality, people will get a preview on links when files exist.
YODspica,
You still have not answered my question about the demographics of your target market. Without knowing that, it is very difficult to critique your site.
,dave
my demographics is anyone which who would require any services as stated on the website, ages 18-99;
my main focus is corporate.
Then, your website fails at being attractive to your audience. You need to listen to these people and act on their excellent advice.
Keimos: "I would suggest somebody to talk to would be somebody who has a sense of design."
ran_dizolph: "The design lacks focus."
dubbya: "there's nothing that sets the layout apart from anything a 13 year old with FrontPage can't do midway through a rudimentary web design class." and "you've crossed well beyond the borders of good taste and you're turning off the vast majority of your visitors with that obnoxious zooming animation."
Yoder: " Looking at the pictures I was expecting to see a site dealing with biology books, definitely not an IT business."
linnetwoods: "I find it visually disturbing to see the header and the large central graphic directly below it together."
If want business from corporations, then you need to have a website that is "corporate" and not "funky". You need to start over with a brand new design.
