Upper Case Vs Lower Case... are you kidding

Hello Everyone,

I just discovered something I thought was not possible but after testing it appears its not just me.

Google used harley davidson ( http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r...&start=10&sa=N) and I am on page 2, then Google used Harley Davidson (http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...arley+Davidson) and I am page 1 position 8....What the?? latus-harley-davidson..com
Try big red dogs vs big Red Dogs

I did not think this was possible why is google doing this? Is there anyway to avoid this from happening? Any thoughts?

Google has been "playing with" case sensitivity for a while.

There are certain searches where it comes into play. "Brad" the name or "brad" a nail. "Red Dog" the beer or "red dog" a blitz in football.

I can't say I neccessarily agree with the results I see but I understand the idea. I'd prefer they use a few few test DC's and ask for feedback before pushing it "live" but that's just me.

Seems to me that it is the word used that makes problems.

Results 1 - 10 of about 489,000 for used harley davidson.

Results 1 - 10 of about 487,000 for used Harley Davidson

Results 1 - 10 of about 154,000 for "used harley davidson".
Results 1 - 10 of about 156,000 for "used Harley Davidson"

If Google is going to use Case-sensitive URL ranking in future it should definately consided how many Googlers will be typing those CAPS and SMALL if they are searching with a long phrase like : "custom web site design and web hosting services in perth" v/s "Custom Web Site Design and Web Hosting Services in Perth" v/s "custom web site design and web hosting services in Perth"

With so much happening on the web and the web traffic also jamming. I think Upper and Lower cases must no exist. It must be made more simpler and faster rather than complicated.
