"How to get the page which comes after the flash introduction is over" - to do what?
Well are you linking to them (in HTML) from the home page?
IMO, You should always include a regular html link that says something like "Skip The Intro". This can be an image or just a text link.
Need link to the site in question in order to see what you are talking about.
I also vote for using the "Skip Intro" html link. You could also use some keywords like Enter website title .
Also you could have a noscript version with html versions for the links in your flash.
google noscript - Google Search | Does Google read NOSCRIPT?
You should always include some non flashed links on any opening page that's in flash. Though google says they can follow links in flash, my experience has been that those links are NEVER indexed as well nor do they as easily rank for the keyphrases that you can use in regular old fashioned html anchor text. So the best thing to do is include a text based simple html navigation strip at the bottom of the page with keyphrase rich link text to all your important site links.
Try adding small link below your flash Intro with title "Skip Intro"
OR
on the main home page add two links with "Visit Flash" OR "Visit Static Site"
This will help you resolve this issue.

HTML (and CSS) is best suited to content-based sites whereas Flash is best used for animated multi-media demonstrations. Both have their place. And of course, sites need not be one thing or the other; Flash is often put to good use as an element within an HTML page. As they said HTML or Flash is an alternative text for your site
Also you havent yet mentioned if you have installed a site map or not.
If not then you should install one, and submit it to Google, this will help
make Google aware of any additional pages that are not yet indexed.
