I run a fairly popular pizza web site which I would love to make it into a profitable business therefore am soliciting feedback from people as to what they think the best approach.

The site is called AboutPizza.com and gets five hundred to a thousand visitors a day. It is fairly well placed in some search engines (do a search for pizza at Yahoo and it appears as number 4 although it use to be number 1 up until a few months ago).

It has been quite an interesting experience owning it since I use to get people complaining about their frozen pizza to me and even at one point had a freezer full of pizzas that someone shipped to me to review for their company (it was not very good). At one point it was featured on CNN headline news for some reason I just heard about and I even had a few people offer a few hundred dollars for it a few times.

Take a look around and post some ideas. Maybe these ideas will be helpful for others with some sort of niche site they are trying to figure out what to do with.
