No ad is showing for keyword "Mykeyword"

Google is starting to get on my tits here.

I have two campaigns running for the same keyword: "Mykeyword"

One campaign is geo targeted at the USA only

One campaign is geo targeted at the UK only

My bids are high on these keywords and I have high CTR so I have on my USA campaign:

Quality Score: Great

What should I do?
Keep it up! Your keyword, ad text and landing page quality are high. Continue to track your keyword and ad, however, as performance data can change regularly.


Details of the quality score Keyword Relevance
No problems found. Landing Page No problems found. Landing Page Load Time No problems found.

But:

No ad is showing for keyword "Mykeyword"

Reasons:

This keyword is not triggering any of your ads.

So I dig a little deeper and find:

Other ad groups where the keyword 'Mykeyword' is used:

Campaign: UK Only - Mykeyword
My ad

Ad Group: "Mykeyword" No ads are showing for this keyword.

The user is located outside your campaign's geo-targeting area.

Even though I have targeted UK and USA seperatley with two campaigns it looks like awords cannot see the difference. Unless there is some other reason.

Have I made a mistake here or is it a fault with adwords?
