Yup the boy must be nice and it all depends on the girl you have chosen to impress. I mean all these rules are not applicable on every girls.

than just follow few steps to impress her
first of all focus on her nature on what thing she would be happy and one which thing she would become sad
do things what she love
try to appreciate her every time
talk about her dressing sense
and how she looks like
