Piggybacking websites? Clearly I need to reword my question...

I am new here and can clearly see that most of you are way more advanced in your terminology and knowledge than I, but I am going to attempt this question again since my first post doesn't seem to be getting a response.

My website is Atticdwellers. If I go to Google and type in the keyword Atticdwellers, my site will appear at the top. But on the 2nd page about halfway down, there is a heading that says "Bottle Cap Jewelry - Scrapbooking and Paper Piercing Patterns". Just underneath in the description, my web address appears. This is for a website called Monstermarketplace.com. When I click on that site it shows some other company's jewelry but not mine. I am curious if anyone know what this is about. Also on page 2, is a description showing my website and my descriptive heading but it is for askville.amazon.com.

Does this mean that somehow other sites are piggybacking off my meta tags? Any help would be appreciated. I am just really curious about this. Thanks!

People are scrapping your content and republishing it on their websites. Happens all of the time.

Does that do any harm to my site or my site's visibility in the search field? I have only read a little about what scrapping is now that you informed me of it. My understanding is that there are these crawlers that find the content, but if I were to try and block them, would that not also block the bots that are good? Like the ones that help my site to get higher up on the page?

Sorry if my understanding is elementary (or even kindergarten!)...I built the site myself with yahoo site builder and am not at the level yet where I can hire an expert to improve things.
