Unfortunately it's not what I think, it's what Google thinks!
I agree - I think it's good - it's just now factoring in something that all advertisers are doing / need to be doing anyway.

The only effect of this I can see is to deal yet another blow to affiliates who are redirecting to the offer (which is generally against tos anyway). Otherwise, I can't see how anyone could have a slow-loading page and still be making money on Adwords?

I think at the end of the day what gives you more ROI is your product or service, I know page loading time will create factor in QS and QS will effect CPC... But at the end if You make more then me, then your goal is done.. No matter I'm paying less then you for clicks...
