Unhappy Internal domain blockig access to external domain

    Hello IT Gurus,

I'm having an issue internally with my MS server 2003. A technician setup my website domain as my server 2003 access point as well, which is now blocking access to my website. Email is coming through just fine, but everytime we try and log into the website, the server login page pops up.

Can anyone tell me a quick way to fix this issue. Please let me know asap.

    Thanks in advanced!

Re: Internal domain blockig access to external domain

    Hi All,

I temporarily fixed the issue by adding a 'www.domain.com' host account to my DNS forwarding table. So now if you type in 'www.domain.com' it goes to the website, and 'domain.com' goes to the internal server.

Can someone tell me a better way to solve this issue and may be explain the possible future complications that will occur with my bandage job...

    Thanks,
    Scott
