Over the past week I've had to deal with the customer services of both Yahoo Search Marketing and Google Adwords. Yahoo was a delight and could not have been more helpful. On the other hand dealing with Google proved less than fulfilling. Yahoo also have a freephone (Toll free) number and its clearly visible on their website.
