Google SERP Negative Filter or SandBox effect?

Our site Home Testing Kits & Home Hair Drug Test Kits or Urine Drug Testing San Diego have been up and running for several years. We have good content, a lot of incoming links (non-paid I should add) and yet our site I think is getting a negative effect since our SERPs are really down compared to other sites. Currently the site gets almost more traffic in MSN then Google (imagine).

We looked to figure our what we did wrong:

- Unintentional Duplicate Content somewhere
- Anything that could be misunderstood for cloaking
- Long, unreadable code
- making Google robots life hard

And we could not figure out. One thing certain, site is not getting the traffic that it should from Google and getting low SERPs.

So I turn to the experts on webproworld.com to point us what we are missing.

I will just ask that you give specifics but not general general. If you can.

Well are you duplicating content on the website or not. There is no such thing as unintentional here. You can use copyscape.com to help here to.

Where do you think this could be happening?

Pretty obvious stuff that is hurting you is using the same title tag and description tag on every page. Change that and you will see a boost from just that alone. Have you signed up for Google Webmaster Tools? If not do so.

Incredible help, we are not cloaking or doing duplicate pages. What I mean intentional was, we are not trying to do dublicate pages but since the site uses AJAX and javascripts, we did not realize Google boots can read some content, so we created sitemap based pages to be read seperately.

About same page title & description, that is with AJAX you are seeing so it is not different pages for the robot (but for the eye).

AJAX, by definition you are looking at the same page so it can only have one title/description. I am not sure what do you mean ? With AJAX the user seeing the same page when they click on the home page unless they choose to go to a different page.

If I go from URL to URL then I am seeing a different page, not the same page. Ajax should not be limiting your ability to use unique titles and descriptions on the page.

I see that on your website you currently have one page set up for all sub content:

This is why your having issues with ranking. You need separate pages for the search engines to index for each of those categories regardless of you using Ajax or not.

Thanks, sorry but I am not really clear about what you mean. Can you give couple examples of the URL being different but Title/Description being same?
