Site is Indexed by Google but pages are old

I have my site Paper Bag Making Machine,Corrugated Box Plant Machinery,Die Cutting Machine,Exercise Note Book,Paper Converting,Printing,Binding, Pre Press Machinery since 2002. Recently I have redesigned my site and submit it to google. The new site map status is OK on Nov. 26th and the site was indexed by Google Boat on 27th. But still the indexed pages shown are old.The home Page is ok but all other new pages I can not get while clicking on search results.
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue?

Two things I would recommend. First, get more inbound editorial and relevant links. This should help improve your crawl rate so that Googlebot visits more often. Second, use 301 redirects to point from the old pages to the new ones. This will help Google index the new locations faster, help maintain some of your pagerank, and help visitors from the search engines get to the actual content faster.

Manjit have you put 301 redirects in place from the old URLs to the new ones as Wige suggests?

My google index has now both the pages , new and old but the link in the search results still shows the old link. However only yesterday I have added to my htaccess file the following

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^friendsenggcorp.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.friendsenggcorp.com/$1 [L,R=301]

please help me if this is the right one or I have to change it
